The tickets you purchase allow you to participate in all the festival activities on a space available basis. 5-10 min before class participants should already be present and save their spot.
It is mandatory to inform the teacher/ facilitator in case of injury, physical or mental disability or special needs.
Taking part in the festival activities is under the responsibility of the participants.
Please follow the production instructions at all times.
Tickets are refundable in 14 days from when the deal was completed, and until a week before the event starts, with a cancellation fee of 5%. During the event there will be no option for cancellation. In the last week before the event cancellations will also not be possible.
You can transfer the ticket to another buyer, presenting the ID of the original buyer and the invoice he received with the digital code.
The transmission Is in the responsibility of the buyer only and the production will not be seen as a side in that matter.
